We have been slowly making our way along the northern end of Sardinia. This is an area we didn't see last time. This is our first stop after crossing from Menorca. A wide sandy bay with crystal clear water. The photo shows the pass leading into the bay. Our next stop was off a little town called Isola Rossa. Some good walks plus a supermarket and fresh water. Plus a very nice and inexpensive pizza restaurant for dinner. You see these old watch towers dotted everywhere along the coast. I think they got the idea from the Lord of the Rings movies. Tonight we are at Capo Tosta. A popular beach place but a wide sheltered bay for us away from the crowds. Here they are my two favourite things. Amanda being the most favourite of course.
