After waving goodbye to our visitors in Corfu town we wiped away the tears and started heading south. Our destination being Cleopatra marina where we stored AG last year. We need to get some work done on the engine. On the way we have visited some of our favorite spots, not sure when or if we will pass this way again.

The week has gone very quickly and it has been great having the family with us. Some of our activities......
We are back in Mandraki Harbour, the little marina right under the old fort in Corfu. It is a great spot, with lots of character and right next to the city. But what is most exciting is that tomorrow Nicola, Zoe and Ramsey arrive to spend a week with us. We are planning to take them up to Croatia then accross to Italy and then drop by Turkey on the way back. That should fill in the week.
We are doing a bit of exploring about looking for cool places to bring Amanda's sister and kids when they come to visit us next week. Platarias is a small slightly rustic harbour on the mainland coast opposite Corfu Island. Nicola if you see this, you wont be coming here.
It is pretty basic here but also free so who's complaining. A day or two on the wall then we will start heading back toward Corfu town. We are really looking forward to our first ever stay aboard visitors. After our busy time traveling up to Croatia and Montenegro and back we are now in relax mode back in good old Greece. We are just chilling out until Amanda's sister and family come to join us in a week or so. The other day we traveled almost 5 miles, now taking a few days to recover......
Our plan was to check out of Bar (the town) and make use of the 24 hours grace period to sail down the coast then leave the next day. However the authorities had other thoughts so we found ourselves heading for Greece a day early. However the weather gods smiled on us once agsin and we had a good run either sailing fast in favorable winds or motoring in no wind.
