Aztec Gold has always been a fast yacht and in her final act for us she has maintained this record. We had an offer within a week of putting the boat on the market and the process has progressed from there. The sale is now complete and Aztec Gold has some new lucky owners.
We are a bit sad to be saying goodbye to AG but also excited to be starting to plan for our next adventure. So this is my blog on this site. Thanks again to everyone who followed our travels.

Oh dear! You’ve changed your lifestyle! I suppose you feel you’ve ‘done it’ after 6 years. Do you plan to sail in another area? I know some people do that. You were lucky to sell so quickly. We’ve been trying to sell ( in Spain) but think we’ll go back to Lefkas to where we bought, 4 years ago, if we still have ours by August. Hopefully not. Who did you use ( agent) to sell AG? We’re stopping because we have a baby granddaughter and I expect/ hope more will follow. We’ve had a great time sailing though. I’m glad we met you both. Julie and Simon xx

Yes we were very lucky to have sold so quickly. The agent was David Rogerson of Network Yacht Brokers who is based at Cleopatra Marina near Prevesa. He was recommended to us and certainly did a great job to get us a quick sale. His email is [email protected]. We are home in NZ for a while, enjoying the summer and thinking about our next adventure.......
